Top Gun

Our 8th annual Top Gun Ride for Children is taking place on April 17th this year. The day begins that Saturday afternoon with registration at Hooters in Kennesaw from 1-4pm. Riders depart promptly at 4:30 for an hour long tour led by Cobb County Police. The ride ends at Clay National Guard Center (formerly NAS Atlanta). Participants will gather at Hangar 1 for food and entertainment.

Tickets are $30 per adult and $10 per child. Proceeds benefit The Center for Children & Young Adults as well as the Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation. You can get more information and pre-register online at www.TopGunRideAtlanta.com. You can also find us on Facebook!

We have an exciting addition this year. We will be raffling off a Triumph Bonneville motorcycle donated generously by Freedom Power Sports. Tickets are $35 each and only 500 are being sold. Those are pretty good odds! The drawing takes place on the day of the ride, April 17th, but you don't need to be present to win. Luncheon and Fashion Show

On Monday, April 19, The Circle for Children is hosting a luncheon and Tory Burch fashion show. The event takes place at the beautiful and historic Georgian Terrace Hotel across from the Fox Theatre on Peachtree Street in Atlanta. The luncheon begins at 11:30am. In addition to enjoying the fabulous food, guests will get to view The Tory Burch Spring 2010 collection!

The afternoon will include a silent auction as well as a raffle for a $1,000 Tory Burch shopping spree! Raffle tickets are only $25 and can be purchased on The Circle's website, www.thecircleforchildren.org/spring_event/. One of our former residents from The Center, who is now off at college, will return to share her story with guests at the event. It will be a great afternoon of fun, food and fashion, all for a great cause!
